Eligibility: You may return items within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom-made products, and intimate or sanitary goods.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Policy

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
